Our Mission & Vision

The Network Charlotte Foundation’s mission is to uplift the Charlotte Metro by facilitating meaningful connections and championing local businesses, driving personal and professional success.

Our vision is to create an intentional and inclusive Queen City in which every individual and local business has access to the resources, connections, and opportunities they need to grow and succeed.

Our Story

Over decades of helping clients plan their futures as a Certified Financial Planner™, David Cauble saw firsthand how the right relationships can open doors, spark ideas, and change lives.

So, in 2009, he began a networking group rooted in the belief that real success comes from meaningful connections – not small talk.

Network Charlotte has since hosted hundreds of events, facilitated thousands of introductions, expanded our team, and developed a community more than 63,000 strong!

In 2024, after 15 years of community-building and thoughtful feedback, we reworked our model to better serve Charlotteans of all ages and career stages.

And, in 2026, we established our inaugural board of directors. Their expertise and oversight are at the heart of our next chapter.

From networking events and professional development opportunities to volunteer projects and socials, we believe that when people intentionally connect, lives can be changed for the better.
