Join Network Charlotte for a special event at the Hyatt Centric SouthPark on October 11th, 2023. Prior to our Meet & Greet, we will gather at 5:30 pm for a rare opportunity to hear from one of Charlotte’s master networkers, Terri DeBoo. Queens University and Wachovia Corporation named Terri the 2007 Charlotte Business Woman of the Year finalist. In 2010 and 2016, Mecklenburg Times named Terri one of the “50 Most Influential Women”. Terri was highly honored when named The Association of Fundraising Professionals’ 2013 “Outstanding Volunteer Fundraiser of the Year.” Most recently, Terri was awarded the 2021 Distinguished Rotarian Award from Rotary International District 7680.
Highly networked, Terri uses her talents to connect business, non-profit, and government entities for better relationships and business-building opportunities. She is credited as the catalyst for business expansion into North Carolina for many companies, including IKEA. And on October 11th, prior to our Meet & Greet, Terri will share her “Top Ten Networking Tips” with members of Network Charlotte!
Afterwards, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM, you can enjoy our usual networking Meet & Greet and perhaps put some of Terri’s ideas into action! Network and mingle in the beautiful space of our venue sponsor, Hyatt Centric and enjoy their “Wine Down Wednesday” special where house wines are $5 all day while listening to some live music also.
