Over decades of helping clients plan their futures as a Certified Financial Planner™, David Cauble saw firsthand how the right relationships can open doors, spark ideas, and change lives.
So, in 2009, he began a networking group rooted in the belief that real success comes from meaningful connections – not just small talk.
Network Charlotte has since hosted hundreds of networking events, facilitated thousands of introductions, expanded our team, and developed a community more than 65,000 strong.
In 2024, after 15 years of community-building and thoughtful feedback, we decided to rework our model to better serve Charlotteans of all ages and career stages.
From networking events and professional development opportunities to volunteer projects and social gatherings, we believe that when people intentionally connect, lives can be changed for the better.

As founder of Dave Cauble Associates, Network Charlotte, and BizInfoCharlotte.com, David spent decades connecting others with the skills, support, and relationships needed to succeed.
Although now enjoying retirement, David continues to support the Charlotte community as CEO Emeritus of the Network Charlotte Foundation.

Hannah Fitch

Hannah is a proud Charlotte native, director at Queens University of Charlotte, and freelance creative professional.
After recognizing that grads need more than just a diploma, Hannah began networking and encouraged her students to do the same.
Hannah has served as COO since 2024.
