Board of Directors.
Ten volunteer Charlotte-area leaders set the direction of the Network Charlotte Foundation and hold its mission in trust. They meet monthly and serve without compensation.
What the board does.
The Foundation board sets programmatic direction, oversees financial stewardship of donated and granted funds, approves partnerships with corporate donors, and ensures the mission of uplifting Charlotte's unemployed and underemployed stays central to every dollar spent.
Board members bring lived experience across corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, education, healthcare, faith, and public service. They serve two-year terms and meet monthly. Anna Hilton also serves as a current event host, wearing both governance and community-facing hats.
