Monthly sponsorship has a 3-month minimum commitment. Annual sponsorship is a 12-month commitment with prorated cancellation only if Network Charlotte cancels programming. Category exclusivity available at Silver and above.

Sponsorship benefits apply only to the sponsoring company and cannot be transferred or reassigned without prior written consent. Sponsorship benefits will be activated once payment is received, and fees are non-refundable unless sponsored programming is delayed or canceled by Network Charlotte Foundation. The Foundation reserves the right to adjust event details, format, or dates as necessary, and in the case of unforeseen circumstances, reasonable efforts will be made to provide equivalent promotional value.
